Recipe: Mediterranean Orange and Olive Salad (using Kalamata olives and red onion)
Salads - AssortedMEDITERRANEAN ORANGE AND OLIVE SALAD
4 oranges, peeled and sectioned
8 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
2 tablespoons very thinly sliced red onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
Makes 4 servings
