Recipe(tried): Sliced Tomato Salads - Tomatoes with Fresh Mozzarella and Italian Herbs and Tomatoes with Garlic and Onions

Here are 2 good ways to eat sliced tomatoes.

TOMATOES AND FRESH MOZZARELLA WITH ITALIAN HERBS

1 to 2 large tomatoes, sliced
fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
extra virgin olive oil
Italian herbs
salt and fresh ground pepper

Layer tomatoes and cheese in a shallow dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.

TOMATOES WITH GARLIC AND ONIONS

2 large sliced tomatoes
1 small onion sliced into thin rings*
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced*

Layer tomatoes then garlic, then onions in that order repeating as necessary and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

*The thinner the garlic and onions are sliced in this one the better!!
