CUCUMBERS IN YOGURT DRESSING
6 cucumber, peeled and sliced
FOR THE DRESSING:
2 cups plain yogurt
3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
In container with tight-fitting lid, mix all ingredients for the dressing.
Add cucumber slices; cover and chill until ready to serve.
Servings: 8
