Recipe(tried): Mexican Hot Dogs

Mexican Hot Dogs

3 lbs Hamburg
1 Bag (12oz.) Bread cubes
1 jar pimentos
1oz. tambasco sauce
1 green pepper
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
4 eggs
4 tlbs. crushed red pepper
2-3 tlbs. cayanne pepper
salt/pepper to taste

Mix bread cubes, hamburger, add: eggs, red pepper, cayanne pepper,s&p. Grind: pimentos, green pepper, onion, and garlic, fine. Combine all together, mix thoroughly. Roll into hot dog shape. Grease cookie sheet. Bake 325 oven for 20-30 min.
