Recipe(tried): Miracle Whip Copycat
Misc.Miracle Whip Copycat
1 cup water
3/4 cup flour
Process in blender just until
smooth. Pour into saucepan.
Add to the above:
1/2 cup white vinegar
Cook the above mixture just until thickened, stirring constantly.
...............................
1 egg plus enough water to make 2/3 cup
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Combine in blender container and process until smooth. Add hot mixture and continue to blend until smooth again. Yield 3 1/4 cups
My suggestion is to have the second mixture ready before cooking the first.
This is REALLY a good copycat.
