Tuna Mac
1 pkg macaroni & cheese (fix according to package + an extra 1/4 cup milk)
1 small can tuna, 1 can cream of musroom soup, 1 cup of frozen broccoli. (orn peas)
mix macaroni up, add can of soup, stir welll and add flaked tuna and the veg.
Bring to a boil and let simmer 10 mins.

Pizza bagels
slice a bagel and add some pizza sauce, a little cheese and any topping you have on hand
pop under the broiler until cheese bubbles.


bean burritos
We always have floured tortillas in our refrigerator and a can of refried beans in the pantry.
My teenagers take a tortilla, spread it with refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and jalapenos and salsa. Roll it up and microwave for 1 minute.

These are all quick and cheap. Hope they are useful to you.
