Recipe: Mueller's Homestyle Spaghetti 'N' Sauce (2001)

MUELLER'S HOMESTYLE SPAGHETTI 'N' SAUCE (2001)

1 tablespoon Mazola Oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces Mueller's Spaghetti, cooked and drained

1. In 3-quart saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; stirring frequently, cook 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.

3. Serve over spaghetti.

Makes 4 Servings
