Recipe: Mueller's Spaghetti and Meatballs (2001)

MUELLER'S SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS (2001)

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 jars (30 oz each) prepared chunky spaghetti sauce
16 ounces Mueller's Spaghetti , cooked and drained

1. In large bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion, milk, eggs, garlic and pepper. Shape into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls.

2. In 5-quart dutch oven bring spaghetti sauce to boil.

3. Add meatballs; return to boil. Reduce heat to low. Partially cover; simmer 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.

4. Toss spaghetti with 1 cup sauce; top with remaining sauce and meatballs.

Makes 8 servings
