Recipe(tried): My Favorite Artichoke Dip

Appetizers and Snacks

Shirley, this is THE artichoke dip that's been our favorite for years:

ARTICHOKE DIP

1 or 2 cans artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup (4 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Squeeze the water from the artichoke hearts; chop.

Mix together all ingredients and spoon into a 1-1/2 quart round casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

You can serve this with tortilla chips, party rye bread slices, crackers or, as we prefer, baguette slices.

TIPS:
We like lots of artichoke pieces so I use two cans, but one can is fine.

Use good Parmesan - not the stuff in the green can.

Hope you like it,

Janet
