Recipe(tried): Hot Artichoke Dip/Reply

Appetizers and Snacks

Hot Artichoke Dip (serve with rye crackers-- good, but rye bread or other crackers are good too!)

Can of artichokes... drain and chop up
About 1 cup of mayonnaise (NOT SALAD Dressing.. though I have used it-sweet)
About 1 cup of Shredded (out of the can) Parmesian cheese.

Optional.. ( I like it with a bit of dill weed sprinkled in)

Mix it up.. and put in a nice casserole dish.. put in the oven till it's warm (about 350.. then for the last few minutes turn on the broiler if you like the top nice and brown...

If there is a lot of oil on top.. use a piece of bread to soak it up.
Enjoy.. sorry it's not calorie freed... and I didn't try it with yogurt..??
