hot crab spread

8oz crm cheese
1 can crab meat or 1 cup fresh crab
2tblsp minced onion
1tsblp milk
1/2 teas horseradish
1/4 teas salt
dash
blend all ingreg. place in casserole pan. sprinkle with almonds.bake 15-30 min til warm.

hot artichoke dip
(from Miriam Loo Cooks for the holidays)
1 jar (4oz diced pimento
1can(14oz)artichoke hearts,drained and coarsely chopped
11/2cups mayo
2cans(7oz ea) diced green chilies,drained
4oz shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2cup grated parmesan cheese
drain pimento and reserve 2teas pimento. in a medium bowl,mix pimento,artichokes,mayo,green chilies,jack cheese and 1/2cup parmesan cheese. spoon into shallow 11/2 qt baking dish. sprinkle with additional parmesan and reserved pimento. bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 325 for 30 minutes or til bubbly. makes about 5 cups.
