Recipe(tried): New to the Board... what I had for dinner...

Menus

Hi all ... just found this board yesterday and really like it so I thought I would throw my 2 cents worth in... this is a new recipe I tried last night.. it was delicious ... definitely a keeper... hope you all like it.

6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices swiss cheese (I used baby swiss)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing crumbs, crushed (next time I will use more)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Put 1 slice of cheese over each breast. Mix soup with mix (I added a little pepper and garlic powder to the soup mix) and pour over chicken evenly. Sprinkle stuffing crumbs over top and then drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.

This is sooo good it melts in your mouth and is sooo easy too. My husband and out company loved it. I served it over buttered egg noodles. I also made scalloped corn which was very good too.

Take Care,
Denise
