NO-BAKE BROWNIE BITES
1 pkg Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup M&Ms plain chocolate candy or Reese's Pieces
Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
In large saucepan, combine brownie mix, milk and butter; cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and vanilla; blend well. Stir in oats. Carefully stir in candy pieces. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets.
Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled.
STORAGE IDEA:
Empty coffee cans (1 pound size ) make excellent cookie jars; you can even freeze cookies inside the cans. Seal the cookies in ziploc bags before placing in coffee cans.
Makes 6 1/2 dozen cookies
