Recipe(tried): Noreen, I'm note sure I am the same Marg

I was looking at this board for the first time and I saw your request. My name is Marguerite and it isn't very common. I had posted the orig msg on What's for Dinner? If this isn't the recipe, I apologize.

The salad is very simple.

Romaine lettuce
Michigan Dried Cherries
Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
chopped walnuts

Balsamic Vinigrette - (Got this recipe from an Irish Pub in Chicago, asked the chef ..Dublin's on State Street)

5 oz soybean oil (can use olive oil)
1oz water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
5oz balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of finely chopped walnuts

mix well and adjust herbs to your own taste....
