Oatmeal Bread

1 1/3 cups water
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups oats
2 2/3 cups bread flour
6 tablespoons buttermilk powder
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Procede according to manufacterers direction. Recipe for large loaf. Variation: Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread-add 2/3 tsp. cinnamon.
