This off the Farina box. I have not tried it, but it sounds good.
I think Farina and Wheatena are about the same aren't they? If I am wrong, I'm sure someone will let us know.
OLD FASHIONED FARINA MUFFINS
In a large bowl, combine and mix well:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup Farina
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
Add and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line with paper cups or grease bottom only on 12 muffin pan.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20 mins. or until muffins are light golden brown. Serve warm.
