Recipe(tried): Orange Cream Cookies (using refrigerated cookie dough)

OOOOOOOOH my goodness :) how EASY and how goooood :)
in fact they can be addictive.....my daughter is proof of it :)

ORANGE CREAM COOKIES

1 tube sugar cookie dough (ready made from store)
2 Tablespoon flour
2 Tablespoon zested orange peel

Mix all together well. Use 1/2-3/4 teaspoon of dough to form cookie ball.

Bake per package directions and cool.

FROSTING:
1 can cream cheese frosting
2 Tablespoon zested orange peel
2 Tablespoon orange juice
powdered sugar

Mix frosting, orange peel, and orange juice together well adding enough powdered sugar to make it a nice spreadable frosting.

I kid you not !!!! These are so WONDERFUL and sooooooo easy. I spent an evening making candy and cookies over Thanksgiving with my youngest grandaughter (third grade). We made a batch of these :) her mother ate one and hid the rest.....lol....one day she said that was just about all she ate that whole day until dinner that evening :)
