Recipe(tried): Oriental Aspargus

Misc.

Dear kt/mn, I know this is not a microwave recipe, but it is quick and easy to
prepare.
Oriental Asparagus
Fresh asparagus washed and snapped (to discard the woody end)
Slice on the diagonal in about 1" pieces
Heat a very small amount of salad oil in wok
Saute asparagus and some slivered almonds covered, over medium high heat, until
tender crisp.
Season with a small amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
We eat this by the pan fulls during asparagus season. Enjoy, Dena in Oregon
