People are usually puzzled by this dish and try to find out the ingredients
before they'll taste it, but once they do, they love it.
SPINACH ONION APPETIZER
125g (1/4 lb.) cooked, chopped spinach
250 g (1/2 lb.) orzo (rice shaped pasta), cooked
1 cup Coffeemate (or any other powdered creamer)
3 beaten eggs
125 g (1/4 lb.) melted butter
1 packet brown onion soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper
Mix all ingredients together and pour into large pie dish. Bake at 325 degrees
F for 1 hour. Serve hot.
