Recipe(tried): Otis Famous French Dressing (copycat recipe)

Salads - Salad Dressings
I know this is an old request, but I just made my own "Otts" recipe and wanted to post it for others (and also to have an online record of the recipe).

OTTS FAMOUS DRESSING COPYCAT

Combine:
1/4 vinegar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
Microwave 1 minute to melt sugar.

Then add:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 vegetable oil
1 Tbsp tomato paste*
1 Tbsp minced yellow onion
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried chopped garlic
1/2 tsp hot horseradish
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Whisk to combine.

*Buying tomato paste in tubes is spendy, when I open a can for a recipe like this, I freeze the leftover in 1 tablespoon blobs. After freezing, I put them in a baggie. If using frozen, add to the hot vinegar/sugar mixture before adding other ingredients to melt it.
