Domestic mushrooms and sliced portobellos simmered in a roasted garlic velout embellished with Amontillado sherry, prosciutto, sweet cream and chives.
Ingredients:
Water, heavy cream, onion, light cream, Portobello mushrooms, mushrooms, tomato sauce (tomatoes, salt, citric acid, onion powder, garlic powder), unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, vitamin C [ascorbic acid added as a dough conditioner], enzyme added for improved baking, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), beef base (roasted beef including natural beef juices, salt, hydrolyzed corn gluten, sugar, natural flavorings, corn oil, potato flour and caramel color), mushroom base (baked mushrooms, natural flavorings, potato flour, unsalted butter [cream, natural flavorings] and dry whey), butter (sweet cream, annatto color added seasonally), beef base (roasted beef including beef juices, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, potato flour, dry whey, caramel color, flavorings, corn oil and paprika), modified corn starch, canola oil, sherry (contains sulfites), roasted garlic, prosciutto (pork, salt, sugar, spices, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrite), garlic, spices, dried Portobello mushrooms, salt, Tabasco (vinegar, red pepper, salt).
