Recipe(tried): Pasta with Hot Baby Mushrooms

This is what I had for tea last night, quite light but just right for after a late finish at work & nobody else to feed/please.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: PASTA WITH HOT BABY MUSHROOMS
Categories: Main dish, Pasta, Vegetarian
Yield: 4 Servings

Hot cooked pasta
4 t Olive oil
1 md Onion, sliced
1 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 t Chopped chilli
8 t Lemon juice
1/2 c Chicken stock
1 lb Baby mushrooms
4 t Chopped fresh mint

Heat oil in saucepan, add onion, garlic & chilli, cover & cook over a
gentle heat 4mins. Add juice, stock & mushrooms. Cover & simmer
5mins. Sprinkle with mint & toss through hot pasta.
