NO-LARD CHICKEN PASTY

"I went to high school down the street from the locally famous "Pasty Kitchen" in Los Alamitos. This little hole in the wall establishment only produces tasty "pasty" meat pies and I go there every time I'm in the area and each time I do I think, "I should try to make this!" So I did!
