Recipe(tried): Paw Paw Marinade

PAW PAW MARINADE

1 small paw paw cut onto chunks
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
5 tbls. light oil
pinch salt
2 tsps mild curry powder

Place everything into a blender and puree.
This is lovely for pork kebabs(marinade for 4 hours)
