Recipe: Mocha Icee (using instant breakfast mix, blender)

Beverages
MOCHA ICEE

"When I drive to work, it seems like all the other drivers are drinking coffee from travel mugs. Sure, I'd love to drink my coffee in the car, but it's just too darned hot - and dangerous. That's why I created this creamy smoothie - so I could have my coffee and drink it, too."

3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1/4 cup sugar
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope chocolate instant breakfast drink (see note)
3 cups ice cubes

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the ice; blend until well mixed. Add the ice and blend until well combined and slushy.

Serve immediately.

VARIATIONS:
So Many Options! Sure, you can use an envelope of vanilla instant breakfast drink mix if you want a vanilla-flavored coffee drink.

Makes about 1 quart; 3 to 4 servings
