Recipe(tried): Pear Butter - I tried this today

I tried this recipe today with the pears from our Keifeer pear tree and it turned out great. I ended up with about 17 pints. I also adapted the recipe as I didn't quite have enough pulp for a full batch and it turned out very well also. I will be using this recipe again next year.
