Calimeroo, I know this is a very late response, but I just ran across it checking out what was posted earlier. These are wonderful & always popular. I made 4 recipes of these @ Christmas because people kept asking me for them. PECAN TASSIES: Crust: 3 sticks unsalted butter, 3-3 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp. vanilla , Allow butter & cream cheese to soften. Mix all ingredients together. (I chill a bit to handle easier). Take tsp. of dough and roll into a ball press into a small muffin/ tart pan. FILLING: 1 box light brown sugar, 3 eggs, 3 Tbls. melted unsalted butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1-1/2 cups chopped. Beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min. From personal experience, although recipe does not instruct, spray pans lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
