This is exactly like Flying Saucer's beer cheese soup! Great job! I added a little more Tobasco and Crushed red pepper flake. I like it spicy!! We also ate ours in a bread bowl just like at the Saucer! I used large Kaiser rolls! PERFECT SIZE! Great job Susan! My favorite Soup and I know how to make it now!!! Thank you!!!
