Recipe: Boursin Cheese (a cracker spread, make ahead)
Appetizers and SnacksBOURSIN CHEESE (A CRACKER SPREAD)
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1/2 lb. (1 cup) butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. oregano (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. each marjoram, thyme, dillweed, basil, ground black pepper
Crackers (for serving)
Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Beat together with fork or whisk. Add seasonings and blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2-3 days to let ripen. Will keep about 2 weeks.
Serve with crackers.
