Recipe(tried): Pie Crust Cookies>>>
Menusanother one of my "not really a recipe" recipes! Whenever you make homemade pie crust, just roll the leftover trimmings about 1/4" thich & cut into squares, sprinkle generously with cinnamon-sugar. Place on a baking sheet (lined with foil) & bake until nice & golden brown. Now, I suppose you could make the pie-dough just to get lots of the cookies-------how very indulgent! A cup of tea, coffee or cocoa.........mmmmmmmmmmmm! (bake at about 375 deg.) Cali : )
ps....maybe calling these cookies is a bit of a stretch......but they are GOOD!
