Recipe(tried): Pina Colada Fruit Dip

What a lovely menu! I'm most impressed.

We had a luau bday party a few years back for my SIL. The dip recipe that follows was one of the stars:

PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP

1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
1 small pkg instant coconut pudding mix
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream

Mix well, cover, chill overnight.
