For our Luau we created an edible arrangement of fruit similar to that done by professionals at 1/4 of the cost. Use cookie cutters and bamboo skewers to thread the fruit on. We used a whole pineapple as the base and stuck the skewers right into the pineapple. A fantastic summertime treat.
