Recipe: Pizza Hut Pizza Crust

Pizza Hut Crust

3/4 cup warm water (105-115 degrees F)
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

Combine water, sugar and yeast in small bowl until sugar and yeast disolved. After about 5 min foam should form on the top or the yeast is dead, throw out and start over.

Sift toghether the flour and salt. Make a depression in the center of the four and pour in the yeast mixture and oil. Slowly mix in the flour until you need to use your hands and form into a ball.

Knead the dough on a floured surface until it has a smooth consistent texture, about 10 minutes. Lightly cover w/ oil and place in covered bowl in a warm place to rise for about 2 hours. Punch down and place in refrigerator overnite. This gives it a better comercial quality.
