Recipe: Pork and Bean Casserole (using canned beans) (crock pot)

Side Dishes - Beans
PORK AND BEAN CASSEROLE

2 cans (16 oz each) pork and beans
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chili powder
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Lightly grease Crock-Pot.

Combine beans (drain one can of it's liquid), onion, cheese, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in Crock-Pot. Top with crumbled bacon.

Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.

Servings: 8-10
