Recipe(tried): Prime Rib on Grill

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Make sure you turn OFF the burner over which the roast is turning. The dripping fat will catch fire if you don't. My grill has a thermometer, so I get the temp to 325-350, then I follow normal roasting guidelines for the weight of the roast. I also get the smoker chips working. My family loves this, and it is a very special treat!

This is also a great way to do a small turkey! Good luck!
