PUFFY HAM AND CHEESE OMELET
"This tasty omelet is perfect for breakfast or a quick dinner."

4 eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Durkee Minced Onion
1 teaspoon Durkee Dill Weed
1/8 teaspoon Durkee Ground White Pepper

1/2 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese

Preheat broiler to high.

Beat eggs with milk and salt until foamy. Stir in onions, dill weed and white pepper.

Melt butter in a small oven-safe skillet. Add ham and cook (stovetop) until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour in eggs, mixing a little to blend. Cook 2 minutes over medium heat until bottom is set. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the eggs.

Broil, about 4-inches from burner, 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is golden and omelet is puffed and cooked through. Serve immediately.
