Recipe(tried): Pumpernickel Croutons

Correct, there is no egg in the recipe for Caesar Salad with Smoked Salmon. However, in the original recipe it says to serve the salad with Pumpernickel Croutons. Here is the recipe:Pumpernickel Croutons:

2 c. diced (1/2" cubes) Pumpernickel (or dark rye) bread crusts removed
1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 TBS freshly grated Parmesian cheese (optional)

We have tried the salad with many different types of croutons and this is one of our favorites. Enjoy!-Rachael
