Recipe(tried): Punch Recipes
BeveragesI have 2 recipes for you, both have been very popular at parties I've catered.
Red Punch
2 46 oz. cans pineapple juice
4 46 0z. cans Hawiaan Punch
2 2 ltr. ginger ale
2 12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
2 12 oz. cans water (3 cups)
2 46 oz. cans cranberry juice cocktail
1 2 ltr. strawberry pop
2 cups sugar
I don't use the sugar in this recipe, also to save money I sometimes use
frozen concentrate of the pineapple juice, Hawiaan Punch, and the cranberry
juice, just reconstitute while you're making the punch. Makes 4 3/4 gals,
about 150 4 oz. servings. Easy to cut in 1/2.
Citrus Punch
8 cups water
1 16 oz. frozen concentrate orange juice
1 12 oz. frozen concentrate lemonade
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 46 oz. cans pineapple juice
1/4 cup lime juice
4 ltrs. gingerale
2 ltrs. club soda
Serve over ice. About 92 4 oz. servings without ice, approx. 3 gal.
To make champange punch, substitute 4 -750 ml champange or dry white wine for
the gingerale.
