Recipe: Punsch recipe

From a punsch stand just north of Vienna:

10 liters tea (Russian and/or wild cherry)
5 liters red wine
2 - 3.5 kilograms sugar
2.5 liters rum
1 lemon
2 Orange
Cinnamon
Cloves
Rum flavoring (I can't imagine why you need this! :-)

White wine/apple punsch
