Recipe(tried): Quick White Sauce for Lasagna

I follow my old lasgna recipe and just sub alfrado sauce for red suace and use jack cheese instead of cheddar. This is also works great for veggie lasgna. Just use spinach mushrooms, zuchinni and brocolli
