QUICK & EASY COLD BORSCHT
1 (#1 1/2) can shoestring beets
1 beet can of water
1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 egg
Combine in blender: beets, liquid from beets, water, frozen lemonade and egg. Just before serving, add to each portion a dab of sour cream.
