Very Quick and Easy Borscht

Here's a special recipe for a very quick and easy borscht...... you can't tell that someone didn't spend hours making it:

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 16 oz jar julienne beets
1 16 oz jar Harvard beets
1 16 oz jar sweet/sour red cabbage
11 oz can condensed beef broth

In 4-quart Dutch oven make the onion soup according to directions. Add beets, cabbage (all undrained) and beef broth.
Heat. Serve with sour cream if desired.
