Recipe: Re: make-ahead appetizers - tortilla rolls

Misc.

I just recieved a booklet by Hidden Valley Ranch full of recipes, and one is for tortilla rolls-thought I'd pass it along.
Hidden Valley Pinwheels
1 packet (1oz) Hidden Valley (tm)Original Ranch (tm) Dressing Mix
2 pkgs. (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, minced
4 (12") flour tortillas
1 jar (4oz) diced pimiento
1 can (4oz) diced green chiles
1 can (2.25oz) sliced black olives
Mix first 3 ingred. Spread on tortillas. Drain vegs. and blot dry on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of vegs.on top of cream cheese. Roll tortillas tightly. Chill at least 2 hrs. Cut rolls into 1" pieces. Discard ends (my note-eat em). Serve with spirals facing up. Makes 3 dozen
