GREAT ONE DISH MEAL WITH POLSKA KEILBASA:

IN A LARGE POT QUARTER A HEAD OF CABBAGE, CHUNK UP SEVERAL POTATOES AND AS MANY CARROTS AS YOU LIKE, CUT ONE LARGE ONION IN EIGHTS, THEN CUT UP THE SAUSAGE IN BITE SIZED PIECES OR IN TWO INCH LENGTHS, COOK ALL IN SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER WITH LID ON FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES UNTIL THE CABBAGE AND VEGGIES ARE TENDER, SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. SERVE HOT WITH BUTTERED CORNBREAD, MAGNIFICO!
