TRAVELERS REST HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tsp. curry powder (or less)
6 pears, peeled and halved
6 peaches, peeled and halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
12 maraschino cherries
Melt margarine. Add brown sugar and curry powder. Arrange half of fruit in a casserole dish. Pour half margarine mixture over fruit. Repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
