I've done this sausage in skillet w/ baked beans, or cabbage and onions and potatoes, or just potatoes. Put the sausage in raw and it will steam or fry along with the other ingredients.

This is quick and easy, which means my family doesn't really like it - but my mom and sister always thought it was neat!!
