Recipe: Red Raspberry Soup (blender or food processor)
SoupsRED RASPBERRY SOUP
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
2 cups sour cream
Place raspberries in a food processor and pulse until berries are pureed. Add sour cream and blend for a few seconds.
Chill well and serve in glass bowls.
Makes 5-6 servings
