Recipe(tried): Another answer for salty soup
SoupsI've had the same problem and found that adding whole or diced tomatoes besides helping with the salt adds extra flavor. Another real good add in is tomato paste. If you've ever tasted it straight out of the can, it's awful, but no salt. Of course you would need to add some more stock to keep it thin unless you like it thickish. Hope this helps.
