Recipe(tried): Refried Bean Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
I like to take equal parts of grated cheese, refried beans and salsa, and microwave them until the cheese is melted. Then, if you want, throw in a handful of sliced olives and green onion (diced), and top with some sour cream and cilantro leaves for garnish. Takes lots of tortilla chips, and there's never any leftovers.
