Recipe: Ritz Cracker Fudge (with peanut butter)

RITZ CRACKER FUDGE

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
6 rounded tbsp. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 tsp. vanilla
23 Ritz crackers, crushed into fine crumbs*

Grease a 9-inch square pan.

In saucepan bring sugar and milk to boil. Boil 3 minutes.

Take off heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in crackers crumbs. Pour into prepared pan. Cool.

Cut into 36 squares.

*Tip: Place crackers in a plastic bag, close the top (push the air from the bag while closing), and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs.
